We walked around Dublin today. We saw the temple bar area and christs chruch cathedral and O'connell street where there are statues of Irish leaders such as Daniel O'Connel, charles Parnell and James Larkin. Also there on O'Connell street is an unbelievebaly tall spire that marks the center of the city.
By pure chance we literally ran into 2 people who had stayed in our rom in the Galway hostel. They stayed in our room on seprate occasions. We ran into them within a 5 minute span of time. We didnt know that either of them had planned to be there. Small world. We got some groceries and trekked back to our new hostel. We like this hostel better because 1 it is cleaner 2 it is smaller 3 is has a better kitchen 4 it is not located directly next to a disco/bar that has music pumping right next to our hostel until 4 am. 5 it is half the price of the hostel from last night. Many good things! They have cable too mmm... MTV. We are in a 12 bed dorm but only one other guy is in the room so it is almost like we have privacy. Or as close to privacy as we can get these days. We cant wait for spring so that we can camp again! :)
